The always brilliant post-punk Detroit band Protomartyr have come up with what might be the best album of their career. 'Ultimate Success Today' sounds refreshing and like a product of a mature band. The word here is "cohesion" in the best meaning it might evoke. And talking about refreshing, Virginia's Car Seat Headrest also bring news with 'Making A Door Less Open'. They brought some new vibe to this one and it makes you wonder what could be their next steps. The third album of the week, Lianne La Havas' last effort, is pure soul, pure golden, pure blessing.
